Pump the foam directly onto the included Application Mitt and then use long, sweeping motions to apply the product evenly over your legs, arms, and body. Use any remaining product to tan your face, elbows, and knees. For a quick tan, rinse off after one hour.

For a deeper and longer-lasting tan, leave the product on for up to 6 hours before showering with warm water. Gently pat your skin dry. For an even deeper tan, you can re-apply the Bondi Sands Self-Tanning Foam 30 minutes after the initial application.
