Le Creuset Revolution Silicone Spatula Spoon in Cerise (Cherry Red) is a high-quality tool that is appreciated by many customers. It is a versatile tool that can be easily used to break up large pans of ground beef and shuffle it around. Moreover, it is easy to clean and does not stain easily. However, some customers have pointed out that the spoon is not flexible enough for scraping the last bits out of jars. Also, the head design is well thought out with a sharp corner for scraping, thin enough to be used as a spatula, yet strong enough to scoop or break up ground meats in the pan. The wood handles are contoured, with three ridges that match Le Creuset's stainless Revolution line of kitchen utensils, and the utensil head is removable for cleaning.
