Reference Editorial Review
Wreck This Journal: Now in Color by Penguin US is an innovative take on the concept of journals. It is aimed at individuals who struggle with perfection and anxiety towards cleanliness. The journal is an invitation to create bad art, a safe space to be chaotic. The book provides creative tasks that range from fun to scary. The idea is to destroy the book, one page at a time. The journal is a great tool to unleash the creativity and to keep one's mind off of anxiety, depression and other things that one may be dwelling on.
