About This Item

Looking for a DIY guitar kit to build an acoustic guitar on your own? Look no further than the Solo ADK-10 DIY Acoustic Guitar Kit. This kit comes with everything you need to build a Dreadnought Acoustic guitar, with all of the challenging wood cutting, drilling, and shaping already done for you by professionals, as well as fret leveling and dressing. Please note that while some woodworking skills and tools are required for completing this project, we have taken every precaution to make our acoustic kits as easy to assemble as possible.

However, successful construction and assembly of acoustic instruments relies on a complex set of mathematical and physical equations, as well as the inherent variables associated with wood products. Adherence to these equations is critical to the instrument being playable within the parameters of tuning and intonation. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility if the variables associated with acoustic instruments, or the lack of skill and/or accuracy on the part of the assembler contribute to the instrument not meeting the customer's expectations.

What's included with your acoustic kit? You'll receive a fully assembled body with a Spruce top and Agathis back and sides, as well as a Dreadnought body with chrome hardware. The guitar also features a Black Walnut fingerboard with 20 frets, 2-way truss rod, machine heads with bushings and mounting screws, pre-shaped bridge, bridge pins, 1 set of strings, and rosette decal. Please note that the manual for this model will be completed in the next 1-2 weeks and will be uploaded to our manuals section.
