The Scotamalone Yoga Strap is a non-elastic, 80-inch long and 1 1/2 inch wide band with 10 loops for stretching exercises, physical therapy, and rehab. The strap is durable and strong, with triple stitch lines between each and every grab loop. The yoga strap comes with a booklet of different stretches and exercise options. It is ideal for stretching hip and leg muscles, knee stretches, and post-surgery rehabilitation. Although the strap is not adjustable, it has different open areas for you to place your foot. The non-slip velvet lining ensures a comfortable stretch.
