The device can work with the included batteries for up to 12 hours or be connected to the AC unit, providing 20 watts of power or 30 watts, respectively. Despite being a small amp, its sound quality and distortion are massive. However, customer support is limited and not effective, and their manual does not explain how to effectively use the amp. Some customers faced strange behavior with low batteries and connectivity issues, and the wireless transmitter sometimes stopped charging.
