Their kids love the product, and they believe it is worth the price, especially since they bought it on sale. However, one common complaint among customers is that the product lacks adequate support on the back. The insert for the back and arms is reportedly about half the size needed, which may affect comfort and overall satisfaction with the product. Overall, while the product may be comfortable and aesthetically appealing, potential buyers should Consider the weight and potential difficulty of assembly, as well as the potential lack of support in the back.
