It works as described and is a great addition to an already great product. The hub is easy to use and works perfectly. However, one customer noted that they needed a 5v 3pin to 4/3 pin pwm connector and the 3 pin connector is tiny and won't work with their 4 pin hub. On the other hand, another customer stated that it works fine with their argb splitter cable, and it syncs with their coolermaster argb fans. The product is cheaply made, ships in a little bag, and is rather short. It also doesn't supply fan power/speed control. Finally, some customers have expressed disappointment that the converter hub is not included with the LED light strips from EZDIY-FAB. **
