Plus, the highly-transparent GB30 mic amp is top-of-the-line, providing a stunning +22dB headroom through the console and a wide gain range of up to 55dB. One of the coolest features of the EPM8 is the PEAK led signal monitoring system. This system watches for overload in multiple parts of the channel strip and lights up brightly as the signal approaches the peak point. Additionally, the mixer boasts 60mm high-quality faders, two configurable auxiliary buses, XLR-type and 1/4" metal jack connector sockets, and RCA phono stereo playback inputs and record outputs. The EPM8 also has a comprehensive solo system, a monitor output and headphone output that work in parallel, TRS insert sockets and inserts on all mono inputs and mix output, a ten-segment LED output metering system, and it's easily rack-mountable.
