Users have praised its semi-weighted keys, which offer a great feel for playing, alongside 8 faders and additional pads for extensive control while mixing. The controller has garnered attention for its compatibility with various DAWs and comes with features like a powerful arpeggiator that enhances creative possibilities. Although there have been notes on the Automap 4 software being less intuitive, many found manual mapping achievable within minutes.
