Plus, its low-odor formula makes it safe to apply in the comfort of your home, so no need to worry about harsh chemical fumes.Whether you're coating a garage, basement, or any other space, you'll love how your floor looks with Polyaspartic Top Coat. Save money by handling the project yourself while still getting that high-end, professional finish. Key Features:Easy 2:1 mix ratio by volume.40 minutes of work time.Cures in 24-48 hours.Extremely UV stable–won't yellow or discolor over time.Adds a beautiful high-gloss shine and long-lasting protection to your floors.Resists chemicals, stains, water, scratching.Low-odor, zero-VOC–safe to use in enclosed spaces without harsh chemical smells.Application:Apply Polyaspartic Top Coat within 24 hours after your epoxy metallic or flake coating. If the epoxy metallic or flake layer has cured for longer than 24 hours, sand the surface with 150-220 grit sandpaper, remove debris, and wipe with acetone or 91% isopropyl alcohol before applying.Mix 2 parts A to 1 part B by volume, stirring for 2-4 minutes to ensure even consistency. Incorporate Non-Skid Floor Additive for a non-slip safe floor surface. Pour and roll the topcoat in a thin, even layer. Roll in multiple directions (front-to-back and side-to-side) for full coverage.Important Prep & Cleaning Notice:For proper adhesion and a flawless finish, DO NOT use acetone at any stage of your project.Instead, use 91% isopropyl alcohol for:• Cleaning and prepping the surface before application• Wiping between coats or layersAcetone can interfere with bonding and compromise the final result. Stick with 91% isopropyl alcohol to ensure durability and a professional-grade finish.PRO TIPS! Want to add another top coat layer? You may recoat the surface as soon as it is dry to the touch, and within 24 hours of the previous application.
